How to implement HubSpot into your organisation

When it’s implemented properly, the benefits of HubSpot to your business are vast. It can help you drive visitors to your website, personalise your marketing, manage your pipeline, log sales activity and increase conversions. The list of possibilities is endless.

If you’re not familiar with HubSpot or its implementation into your organisation, then you certainly will be by the end of this blog. We'll be covering:

  • Why HubSpot

  • How to get started with HubSpot

  • Get organised and plan ahead

  • Analyse your current performance

  • Don’t run before you can walk

  • Customer feedback

  • You’ve heard it all

Why HubSpot?

This if often the first question our customers ask us when we talk to them about using HubSpot as their CRM platform.

HubSpot is a marketing, sales, service and operation platform that will help you to efficiently grow your business. Individually, each feature of HubSpot will help your business thrive but collectively, they create an end-to-end solution for your all your business needs.

These features include:

  • Marketing Hub - A system that will support all your marketing needs and allow you to communicate effectively with your customers. Allowing you to interact with current and potential customers through digital marketing, email or traditional marketing techniques

  • Sales Hub - A tool for handling all points of contact with your current and prospective customers. This tool will provide a range of insights that allows you to categorise your customer data and provide a broader understanding of your sales pipeline

  • Service Hub - An omnichannel customer service software that allows you to communicate with and help your customers, whatever their needs.

  • CMS (Content Management System) Hub - This takes content management to the next level. CMS Hub is a flexible, user-friendly website management software that allows you to build and manage your website while also integrating HubSpot CRM, marketing, sales and customer service tools to provide your customers with a personalised experience that they will not forget.

  • Operations Hub - Software that allows you to automate systems and processes to ensure cohesion across your organisation.

So, that’s a quick run through of some of the features of an integrated HubSpot CRM system. You can find out more information about all of this on the HubSpot website.

Alternatively, you can get in touch with us. We have years' of experience implementing these services for our customers (and we know HubSpot like the back of our hand!)

How to get started with HubSpot

We understand your concern. Getting HubSpot implemented into your business can be a struggle. However, with the right team of people, its implementation can be hugely beneficial and start to drive growth for your business.

That’s why you need to start off by establishing the needs of your business. Don’t worry about timeframes and how long the implementation will take. Work with your HubSpot partner (that’s us!) to establish the needs of your business and what functions of the software you’ll be using the most.

It’s important to note that for HubSpot to drive growth for your business, you will have to invest a lot of time and resources into it's correct implementation, but the successes and growth for your business will be worth it. That’s why we recommend that you put someone in charge who can lead the implementation, maintenance and delivery.

Get organised and plan ahead

As we all know, failing to plan is planning to fail. That’s why you should start planning (now!) and give yourself lots of time to create a plan and a structure for your campaign. Once you get started, you’ll be glad that you planned ahead.

But be prepared! With all the planning in the world, things can still go wrong! This process is a learning curve and sometimes things don’t always go how you expect. That’s why your plan should remain flexible, so that you can adapt to the ever-changing problems of integrating a new platform into your organisation.

Many businesses make the mistake of sticking to their original plan, and not being willing to adapt, no matter what happens. You need to make sure you're ready to change your plan along this journey, to challenge any issues that you come across.

Analyse your current performance

Once you have HubSpot correctly integrated into your business, one of the most useful tools is the ability to analyse your performance, helping you to understand your customers and the effectiveness of your campaigns. When you have your first marketing campaign live, you can analyse its performance against your KPIs, and use the results to help you develop your future campaigns.

Using this analysis, you can review the impact that having HubSpot has had on your campaigns/wider business aims. You can establish your aims for the future as well as your next steps, meaning that you're able to predict and target the needs of your customers, producing engaging and well received campaigns in the future.

If you’ve got this far by yourself, you’re doing great!

Don’t run before you can walk

One of our favourite things about HubSpot is that it's an ever changing platform, which is always being updated and improved. This means that no matter what issues your business is facing, if HubSpot can't already solve them, it's likely the team are working on it. It's important not to become overwhelmed by the seemingly endless possibilities within HubSpot, that's why we recommend that you start simple.

Focus on integrating essential functions within your business first. Then, once this is set you you can start to develop and integrate the extra functions that will help your business flourish. That way, you've got all your bases covered, and can work on getting the full potential from the platform.

The field of business is an extremely interesting topic. The article is very informative and interesting. I would like to note the quality of the photo. I could have done much richer and better. There is also a lack of video, as people often perceive information better by ear, especially in this topic. This can help you https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/best-professional-video-editing-software.html. It has a simple interface, it is completely free and it is very multifunctional. I figured it out in 2 days and now I'm making money editing videos for bloggers. I advise you to try it. The article will only get better.
