World's first auto-generative AI for CRM
You only have to turn on the TV, read a news update or scroll through your social feeds and you’ll find a story or comment about AI, especially ChatGPT.
Now Salesforce has joined the likes of Microsoft by launching its own AI tool – Einstein GPT said to be the ‘world’s first’ generative AI for CRM.
Einstein GPT is a business-focused generative AI tool that can create meaningful, personalised content across all interactions – marketing, sales, service, commerce, and IT.
With Einstein GPT and real-time data from Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce customers can generate content that continually adapts to changing customer information and needs.
Einstein GPT in CRM:
Einstein GPT for Marketing: Increase engagement by generating personalised content for customers and prospects across mobile, web, email, and advertising.
Einstein GPT for Sales: Auto-generate sales tasks such as scheduling meetings, composing emails, add alternative ways to communicate with them, and prepare for the next interaction.
Einstein GPT for Service: Increase customer satisfaction by generating knowledge articles from past case notes, auto-generating personalised agent chat replies, and a natural language summary during case wrap-up.
Einstein GPT for Developers: Improves productivity by allowing developers to use AI chat assistant to generate code and ask questions for languages like Apex.
Einstein GPT for Slack app: currently in beta, this will deliver AI-powered insights such as smart summaries, provide answers on any project or topic through research tools, and write messages for customers and teams.
