As we all know, failing to plan is planning to fail. That’s why you should starting planning (now!) and give yourself lots of time to create a structure for the campaign content that you will be producing. Once you get started, you will be very thankful that you’ve planned ahead.

Although, with all the planning in the world, this process is a learning curve and sometimes things don’t always stick to your schedule. That’s why your plan should initially remain flexible so that you can adapt to the ever-changing teething problems of integrating a new platform into your organisation.

So make sure you’re ready to change your thinking along this journey, a mistake many business make by sticking to their original plan and not being willing to adapt.

Analyse your current performance

Once HubSpot is setup, to help understand your customers, you should be constantly looking to analyse your performance. For example, once you have your first campaign live, you can then start to analyse its performance to help you develop future campaigns.

This way, you can review the impact that HubSpot is having and you can start to establish where to go next. Ensuring that you’re able to target your future content to the needs of your audience.

Then once HubSpot is setup with all of your necessities for the core functions of your business, then it’s time to start integrating the extra software that your business would benefit from. This way, you’ve got all bases covered and you can get the full potential from this platform!
